Who we are

APPROCA is a division of DYLANROCA.CA, the business of Dylan Roca, a self-employed worker based in Lavaltrie, Quebec. For any question: vieprivee@approca.ca.

What this website collects

This website presents apps and lets you book appointments.

• Bookings : when you book, we receive your name, your email, your phone if you give it, and the service, date and time you chose. They are used only to manage this appointment and to write to you about it. They are kept in our database, at WHC in Canada, and deleted 12 months after the appointment date.
• Server logs : like any website, our host (WHC, in Canada) records the IP address, the date and the page requested, for security and proper operation. These logs are kept for the period set by our host, then deleted automatically.
• Fonts and animation library : fonts come from Google Fonts and the animation library from cdnjs (Cloudflare). Your browser sends them your IP address to download them. These services may be located outside Quebec.
• Storage in your browser : see the cookie policy. No advertising or analytics cookies.
• Emails : if you write to us, we keep your message and your address to reply to you.

Why we use it

Only to run and protect the website, and to reply to your messages. We do not sell or rent any personal information.

How long

Messages are kept while your request is handled, then deleted no later than 12 months after the last exchange.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, and withdraw your consent. Write to the person in charge of the protection of personal information (see the Person in chargepage). You can also file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.

Client apps

Each app (for example a booking calendar for a client business) has its own policy, which states the information collected for that business.
